The Black Concept 2 RowerG Rower - PM5 is an indoor rowing machine that provides a full-body workout. It's low-impact enough to be used in physical rehabilitation clinics and intensive enough to be used by athletes every day. The PM5 Monitor tracks speed, distance, pace, calories burned, and watts and has the capability to track detailed workout data. The flywheel and damper design mean you need less energy to accelerate from one stroke to the next. The entire unit can be folded down without the use of tools, for quick, compact storage.
